SERVICE FEES & CHARGES
BYLAW NO. 31-2005
Being a bylaw to impose fees or charges for services provided by the Corporation of the Municipality of Whitestone. Whereas the Municipal Act, 2001 Revised, Section 391 gives a municipality the authority to impose fees or charges for services provided; And whereas the Corporation of the Municipality of Whitestone has provided public notice in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 Revised, Section 251; And whereas the Corporation of the Municipality of Whitestone deems it desirable to establish a bylaw to impose fees or charges for services provided by the Municipality. Now therefore the Corporation of the Municipality of Whitestone hereby enacts as follows:
- That the fees and charges listed on the attached Schedule A of this bylaw be adopted and hereby confirmed as being part of this bylaw
- That this bylaw shall come into force upon adoption
Read a First and Second time this 23rd day of August, 2005. Read a third time and passed, signed and sealed this 23rd day of August 2005.
