Pay My Property Taxes

The 2018 Final Tax Bills have now been processed, and mailed out as of August 24th. 

The first Installment is due on September 27th. 

The second Installment is due on October 25th.  

 

The 2018 Interim Tax Bills were processed and mailed out at the end of February.

The first Installment was due on March 29th. 

The second Installment was due on May 31st. 

 

Online Tax payments can be made at any of the following Banking Institutions:

Taxes may also be paid at the Municipal Office during regular office hours by:

  • Cheque (You may also send your cheque(s) through the mail)
     
  • Debit
     

Also, for your convenience, we have a Lock-Box, located directly outside the Municipal Office doors, attached to our building, for anyone wanting to drop off a payment after-hours.

Please Note:

A Plastiq service fee will be applied: 2.5% for credit cards, and 1% for debit cards. 

This is only made available through our Municipal website, as we do not accept credit cards at the Municipal Office, or over the telephone.

PLEASE REMEMBER: 

It is the Ratepayers’ responsibility to notify the Municipal Office of a change of address.  Failure to do so, DOES NOT relieve the Ratepayer from any penalties or interest!  Tax Bills go out twice a year, every year.  The Interim Tax Bills go out in February, with due dates of March and May.  The Final Tax Bills go out in August, with due dates of September and October.  Therefore, if you DO NOT receive a Tax Bill from us, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact the Municipal Office as soon as possible.
